1. Scope & Application

These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Nail Lounge by Olga Filatova ("the Studio", "we", "us") to clients ("you", "the Client"). By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide professional nail care and related services as listed on our price list. All services are subject to availability, and while we do our best to accommodate your preferences, they may occasionally be changed or withdrawn.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, online, or via social media such as WhatsApp.

Save for exceptional circumstances, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

In case the Client arrives late, the duration of the treatment may be shortened so as not to disrupt the schedule of subsequent clients.

3A. Booking Changes by Us

We may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to illness, emergencies, or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are in euros (€).

Payment is due immediately after the service is provided, unless prepaid or covered by a voucher.

We accept cash and bank transfer payments.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, or medical issues before treatment.

​

For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as in cases of disrespectful behavior, threats, or other inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is not safe or appropriate.

The Studio follows strict sanitation procedures.

​

6. Liability

We will use our best efforts in delivering our services, but we are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions.

Unless liability cannot be restricted under applicable law, our maximum liability to you for all events or series of connected events arising out of our services will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service provided.

7. Use of Photos​​

With your consent, we may take and publish photos of our nail work for marketing purposes. These images will not include your name, face, or any other identifying features. You may withdraw your consent at any time in which case we will remove the photo from our website/social media.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Complaints & Aftercare

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

​

We may provide free corrections at our discretion.

​

Aftercare instructions should be followed to maintain results.

​

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Cyprus Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR.

​

Your information will only be used for appointment management, service delivery, and related communication. You may review our privacy policy available on our website.

​

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available  on our website.

​

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Limassol.

13. Conflict of Versions

The website contains a Russian and English versions of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail and govern.
